    To all registrants:

We are looking forward to seeing you Saturday at the Physics Olympics! Check-in starts at 8 am and Fermi Questions will begin at 9 am.

Here are the judging assignments. If you have any concerns about your assignment or any physical limitations, we can make accommodations or switch judges around. I would prefer to have teachers from the same school on different events. We will all judge the Grab Bag Event together.

A few reminders for the day of Physics Olympics:

    • Bring pliers and scissors for the Grab Bag event --  they will not be provided to teams!
    • Bring signed Media Release forms for each student.
    • Updated rules -- Several events were updated in November so make sure you are aware of current rules.
    • Park in the oval in front or anywhere in the parking lot in front of the school and enter through the main front doors.
    • The doors will be locked, but someone will be waiting to let you in.
    • There will be a registration table when you walk in. Please check in there when you arrive.
    • Our home base will be the Commons, directly behind the check in table.
    • Donuts, bagels, coffee, tea, hot chocolate and a variety of cold drinks will be provided between 8-9 am
    • Lunch will not be provided, but there are several pizza places and other restaurants that will deliver to the school at lunch time! Here are a couple of suggestions for pizza: Anthony Francos 973-633-8880, Positano's 973-628-6863
    • On the morning of the event, you can text me at 973-296-0967 if something comes up or you are running late.

    Looking forward to the event,

    Erika Sherger
