We will meet in Jeffries Hall, Room 165.  Campus map is here.        Jeffries Hall is #2, upper right on map, near Parking A.

Proceed through the main gate. Once on campus, continue to Jeffries Hall, which will be the first building on the right. There is a parking lot adjacent to the building.  It is suggested that you proceed to the back of the building (all the way to the right) and park there and then enter the building from the back.  The meeting will be held on the ground floor as you enter, in Room 165 Jeffries Hall.

Registration is open for members only.  The cost of this event will be $10 for members, to defray expenses.  Members are also welcome to bring guests for a cost of $10 each.

If you wish to show a one or two demos, the registration form has a question that will allow you provide a few words describing any demonstration that you plan to bring.  This will enable us to organize the event.

This year we will use the following procedure:

Each demonstrator from the audience will be allowed to present one or two demos for a total time of 10 minutes. Please limit to one or two demos for a total time of 10 minutes. This way all presenters will have the opportunity to present. After the main event, we will take a short break.  Afterwards, audience members who have additional demos may present to those who remain.

We look forward to seeing you at the event!
